Is it possible to create a pdf with pre-filled forms?

I want to create a pdf poster that will show a schedule that the user can customize, based on classes they offer from a fixed set of classes.

the form would allow the user to pick 4 classes (# doesnt matter here) and would then place a pre-made description of the chosen class into the coresponding forms.

Example:

ship building how to build a sea-wrthy vessel using large fruit

basket weaving 101 how to weave baskets

underwater basketweaving 101 how to weave baskets while underwater

Does acrobat allow me to do this? I havent been able to find an answer yet.

Dont buy buggy and unstable software to do what a FREE, tiny little program masters with ease! The Cute PDF program is what you need.

There is a FREE version which operates much like an installed Printer Driver on your system or there a several Cost Based versions which allow you to edit, manipulate and modify PDFs. All in all a very cool program and the price is right! http://www.cutepdf.com

A5 Paper Size

Well this is a shot in the dark considering how dull this tribe is, but still.

I have an A5 (148mm * 210mm) word processed document, and when I convert it to PDF it comes out as sort of Landscape A5! I certainly chose Portrait, so any ideas for me?
